Can you crack Office 2021 or 365 passwords?

How is Office 2021 different from Office 2003 for password recovery?

Dramatically different. Office 97-2003 used 40-bit RC4 — completely broken, 100% guaranteed recovery. Office 2007+ switched to AES-128/256 which is fundamentally stronger.
