# LostMyPassPro

LostMyPassPro provides owner-authorized password recovery and file-access diagnostics. Submit only files or networks that you own or are explicitly authorized to access.

## Supported recovery categories

- Password-protected PDF files, with the exact PDF encryption revision checked before recovery.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, separating file-open encryption from editing, sheet, workbook, and VBA restrictions.
- ZIP, RAR, and 7z archives, subject to the exact archive format, integrity, encryption method, and password candidate space.
- Encrypted wallet files through the dedicated wallet-recovery assessment. Seed phrases and private keys are never requested.
- Authorized WPA/WPA2 recovery infrastructure for WiFiPassword.org. WPA3-SAE-only networks are outside the WPA2 offline workflow.

## How the service works

1. A browser-side analyzer may identify the file format or encryption metadata without uploading the file.
2. Starting a recovery is a separate action that uploads the selected file and requires an ownership confirmation.
3. A private status URL reports validation, processing, proof, pricing, and delivery state.
4. Recovery success is never guaranteed. It depends on the exact format, file health, encryption mode, password strength, supplied clues, and candidate sets actually tested.

## Pricing and payment

- The private status page is authoritative for the product, currency, amount, and payment methods offered for a specific job.
- Document and archive release prices may vary by country. The submitted job keeps its own recorded pricing context.
- WiFi recovery intentionally uses one fixed result price in every country: 99.99 USDT on TRON TRC-20, offered only after a matching password is found and verified.
- Some advanced recovery products can include an explicitly disclosed upfront component and a separate success fee.

## Privacy and retention

- Original uploads, previews, and generated customer-content artifacts are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed and no later than 24 hours after upload.
- Failed jobs are normally purged sooner, generally within 72 hours of their terminal outcome.
- Minimal job, payment, fraud-prevention, security, and support records may be retained separately without customer file contents where legally or operationally required.
