By accessing and using LostMyPassPro, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. They apply to all users who upload files, purchase services, or browse the website.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

LostMyPassPro provides password recovery services for encrypted files including ZIP, RAR, 7z, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, wallet files, mobile backups, and Wi-Fi captures.

No hidden subscriptions. Billing depends on the selected recovery plan and is shown before activation.

Pricing is shown before payment. The pricing page and status page display the current amount before activation or checkout.

Quick Recovery is success-only. Deep Recovery requires upfront activation. Guaranteed Recovery charges only after the decrypted file is ready.

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of all files you upload
• Ensuring you have the legal right to access and process those files
• Not uploading illegal content or material that violates applicable law
• Any consequences arising from the content of your uploaded files

LostMyPassPro is not liable for legal, financial, or other consequences resulting from the content of your files.

This section is our termination clause. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service immediately if we reasonably believe that:

• You uploaded content without legal authorization or in violation of applicable law
• The service is used for abuse, fraud, security probing, or other prohibited activity
• Payment activity is disputed, reversed, or appears fraudulent
• Required verification information is not provided when requested

When suspension or termination occurs, we may stop active jobs, refuse new orders, and block related accounts or sessions for security and compliance reasons.

If a job is stopped under this clause before successful recovery, no success fee is charged. Deep Recovery upfront activation fees may remain non-refundable when hardware resources were already allocated.

Refund eligibility:

• No success fee is charged if the password is not recovered
• Refunds may be issued in exceptional technical-failure cases, subject to review
• Deep Recovery upfront fees are generally non-refundable because they cover immediate hardware allocation
• Refunds are not available after the password or decrypted file has been successfully delivered

For refund requests, contact support with your order details.

LostMyPassPro provides password recovery services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee:

• That every password can be recovered
• Specific recovery times for non-guaranteed formats
• 100% success outside the guaranteed legacy formats

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
