By accessing and using LostMyPassPro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
Service Description
LostMyPassPro provides password recovery services for encrypted files including ZIP, RAR, 7z, PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files.
What you get with each purchase:
- 1 completed password recovery attempt for 1 file
- Full password if successfully recovered
- No payment if password is not found
No hidden subscription fees. You only pay for successful password recovery.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Success-Based Pricing: You only pay if we successfully recover your password.
Service Plans:
- Basic upsell: $9.99 Upfront + $39.99 Success Fee (1 Hour Search)
- Password Recovery PRO: $9.99 Upfront + $39.99 Success Fee (24 Hour Search, Dedicated Servers)
- Priority Recovery: $9.99 upfront + $29.99 if found (24 hours)
- Password Recovery PRO upfront fee is non-refundable as it covers direct costs for server rental, electricity, and 24-hour cluster work. Success fee is only charged if password is found.
Success fee payment is required only after password is successfully recovered and verified.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The content of all files you upload to our service
- Ensuring you have legal right to access and process the files you upload
- Not uploading files containing illegal content, copyrighted material without authorization, or any content that violates applicable laws
- Any consequences arising from the content of your uploaded files
LostMyPassPro is not liable for any legal, financial, or other consequences resulting from the processing of your files.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are available if password is not recovered (no payment is charged)
- Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances if you experience technical issues that prevent password recovery, subject to review
- Refunds are not available for upfront hardware or Password Recovery PRO fees as they cover the immediate allocation of computing resources.
- Refunds are not available once the password has been successfully recovered and provided to you

Limitation of Liability
LostMyPassPro provides password recovery services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee:
- That passwords can be recovered for all files
- Specific recovery times
- 100% success rate
Our service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
